Spoiled already

We made it through the night, and Jackson did pretty well. However, we have noticed that after he eats he calms down when I hold him. That is when I get to spend some quality time with Jackson. It's amazing how the parental instinct kicks in instantaneously, even for a father.

Either me or Allison is holding him or snuggling with him the majority of the time because let's face it...we love the little guy and are excited he is here. With all of the contact he receives, he has already figured out that when we put him down in a bassinet, if he cries one of us will pick him up. Within three seconds of me cradling him, he calms down and looks contented. He is only three days old and he is spoiled rotten. Geez...
