No more umbilical cord

Jackson's umbilical cord (what was left of it) fell off Friday night. Now he has a regular belly button and can take regular baths. We were having to give him sponge baths until his cord fell off to keep it from being submerged. That should be a lot more fun for him going forward.

Casey and Tatum (and eventually Greg) came over for dinner and playtime Saturday night. Tatum got to meet Jackson for the first time. Casey made chicken enchiladas for dinner which were very yummy. Thanks Casey! Greg had to keep the books for UT Dallas basketball games so he came over a little later. We had a lots of fun hanging out.



I am going to stop organizing pictures of Jackson in albums by day. For the first two weeks, it made sense to do that, but from now on I am going to just keep adding pictures to an ongoing album called "Jackson Green." So keep checking that album for new pictures. I also added a couple more to the 11-16-09 album if you are interested.
